Key products, such as the tea-dyed rocking chair and biodegradable tags, enhance the brand’s sustainability through cultural storytelling and eco-friendly materials, optimizing the retail experience while maintaining market competitiveness.

In collaboration with Style BX, it enhances design and packaging to attract younger consumers. With social media marketing, it explores market potential at the intersection of fashion and posture correction.
This project researches successful minority brands and develops SHUI, a menswear brand inspired by Shui ethnic culture in China. It integrates traditional techniques with modern design using dyeing, laser cutting, and pattern innovation. Deliverables include four clothing designs, brand UI, and a marketing plan, covering branding, positioning, sales channels, and SWOT analysis to establish SHUI as a culturally rich, mid-market brand for young consumers.
This project blends Southern Song Dynasty fashion with modern knitwear, inspired by Xiaoqing from The Legend of the White Snake. Using household knitting machines and mohair yarns, it creates four knitted garments, incorporating traditional Chinese colors, mythology, and snake motifs. Through color experiments and material innovations, it reinterprets classical Chinese aesthetics in contemporary fashion.
